United Business Angels (UBA) Ltd. is an independent micro VC investment and advisory firm incorporated in Cyprus. The firm is owned by its management team.

UBA represents a diverse team of dedicated entrepreneurs and business advisors with deep knowledge and experience in various industries and sectors, from private equity and venture capital to engineering and digital technologies.

We support tech start-ups that are in position to disrupt traditional business models by introducing software innovations. We primarily invest in software products that are powered by artificial intelligence technologies. UBA invests mainly in equity, but also provides bridge financing and convertible debt.

We focus on pre-seed and seed rounds. Our primary goal is to bridge an investment gap between R&D stage and first sales, where early-stage fundraising becomes available. We are a mix of a seed fund, incubator, accelerator and mentorship center that always provides startups with smart money: this concept means that we inject in startups not only cash, but a complex of competencies.
